Accuracy and LimitationsCleanCart scores are based on ingredient analysis and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Our scores reflect an ingredient quality assessment and should not be considered medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.Product scores may vary based on the quality of the photo provided and the availability of ingredient information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product information is complete or error-free.CleanCart is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.3. Subscriptions and PaymentsCleanCart Pro is available through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Weekly: $4.99 per week
- Annual: $29.99 per year (includes 3-day free trial for new subscribers)Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.4. Acceptable UseYou agree to use CleanCart only for its intended purpose of analyzing food products for personal use. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's functionality, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.5. Intellectual PropertyThe CleanCart name, logo, scoring system, and all content within the App are owned by CleanCart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your individual scan results through the App's built-in sharing features for personal use.6. Independence and ObjectivityCleanCart operates independently. No brand, manufacturer, or advertiser can pay to influence product scores, recommendations, or alternative suggestions. All product analysis is conducted without commercial bias.7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.9.
